What would be the benefit of supplementing multiple servings of exo ketones vs just once a day. If not in keto is it better to take more daily than being in keto?

I’d potassium supplements necessary on a ketogenic diet?
Sodium, potassium, magnesium and zinc can all be replaced by using pink Himalayan sea salt daily. You will need to replace electrolytes(salts) on a Ketogenic diet.
Dr. Adam Nally ok I do all that already, I have just heard that it’s hard to get all the potassium one needs on Keto just from food/pink Himalayan salt alone.
I’m also a runner and use Ultima SF electrolyte replacement on longer runs. What do you think about actual OTC potassium pills?
As a nurse, it always concerns me, as in the hospital, patients are monitored so closely when getting K+ infusions because of the cardiac issues that could arise. I know an infusion is not the same as the OTC version, but still wanted to know your thoughts on this. I’ve been Keto 2.5 years, but continually learning new stuff! Thanks!
