    I’ve gone from 280 – 300 blood glucose to under 130 bg in 1 month by going to the keto diet. I’m in the gym lifting 2 days a week and doing cardio at least 2 days a week. I feel fantastic.

    Ideas for encouraging teenagers (in my case boys) to avoid insulin resistance and develop better “eating habits”. Going against the mainstream food trends for growing teens who aren’t at home for all meals and developing independent eating skills. Worldwide teenagers are significantly developing insulin resistance ~~~ how much effort needs to be put towards reducing this trend?

    Celiac for 10 years also lactose intolerant. started Keto 10 months ago. I could eat Lactose no issue but now all of a sudden I can’t do lactose severe abdominal pain. Why?

    I have rheumatoid arthritis. I’ve noticed that, besides weight loss, eating a Ketogenic diet has made me feel better. My RA has improved and flares decreased.

    I find that I have to eat quite a bit of green-leafy/cruciferous vegetables in order to maintain adequate Potassium in my diet. I take 5,000 – 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 (Cholicalciferol Gelcaps) daily AND 100 micrograms of Vitamin K2 daily.
