My blood pressure dropped to 95/60. And physical therapy almost couldn’t treat me. I replace pink salt, litesalt and take mag supplement. What can I do to help bring it up?

    • Thank you for asking me, however, due to the nature of medicine and without a formal face-to-face doctor patient relationship, I cannot answer any individual questions, make individual medical recommendations or give individual nutritional recommendations. To maintain the highest standards of medical compliance, clarity and accuracy for answers regarding these issues, you will need to schedule an appointment with me face-to-face in the office or take these questions directly to your personal physician. Thank you for your understanding.

  4. My husband is a diabetic so we have a low carb diet, unfortunately we started to eat a bit of kale in our salads but this caused me to have thyroid problems, I think people need to be warned about this

  5. Staying in a cyclic ketogenic diet and removing most all chemicals, taking selenium and getting rid of fluoride when done altogether worked amazing for me. No more hashimotos!

How long can this take to level out? I am eating keto and drinking OS and not losing or losing a pound or less a week. Will the resistance reverse and eventually things will start moving?

Dr. Nally — I was fat adapted for several months when I took an 8-day “sugar vacation” and landed in the ER with fast heartbeat. No more cheat days for me! Now heart docs want to quadruple my statins to protect me from inflammation — my BP is fine and always has been. What the argument to get off statins based on keto?
