How Much are Tele-Health Visits?
Our office does not accept insurance. If you are not part of one of our membership plans below the cost for tele-visits is:
- Regular Visit – $99
- Visits after 5pm or on a Weekend / Holidays – $150.
Direct Primary Care Member – Tele-visits during office hours are included. Note: Tele-visits after 5pm, on weekends or holidays will have a $55 charge.
Concierge Member – Tele-visits covered during and office hours, on weekends and holidays, 24/7.
Note: Payment for these services will be required before your visit.
What is a Tele-Health Visit?
A Tele-Health Visit is an optional “virtual” one-on-one office visit through our Zoom Portal or Healow Patient Portal on your desktop or laptop computer, or on your smart phone. Virtual visit means that it takes place over an internet connection through a computer or cell phone. “Visit” meaning that you will see our physician in real time to discuss your health and wellness concerns. The provider will be able to assess your symptoms and issues and make the necessary recommendations, including prescribing medications and scheduling follow up appointments.
How Does a Tele-Health Visit Work?
You will need to be web enabled by providing a working email address to our office. Once web enabled, you will be able to use either Zoom or our digital portals to enhance your healthcare experience. Once you are web enabled, you can schedule a Tele-Health appointment by signing on to our Zoom link that will be sent to you in email, the Patient Poral or using the Healow Application.
