Do the keto reboot!! I was on a plateau for months and did a fast and didn’t break it, but did the keto reboot and it broke it and other things too.

I will get on there. I live ketogenic & I KNOW that that is the only reason my skin has recovered like it has. Loosing 220 lbs at 48 years old you would think that I would have had aprons of loose skin. I had an abdominalplasty in Dec & reconstruction of my abdominal muscles. My surgeon only removed 3lbs of excess skin. He was completely in awe at my lack of excess skin. I intermittent fast pretty much every day and I wonder if I just don’t get enough calories in now. I have a completely different relationship with food now, so I now eat to live, not live to eat. Im definitely going to go have a full blood panel done and just have all my levels checked. 🙂

Good to know! Ive had 7 surgeries since I started keto so I feel grateful that I have had the success I have. Im pretty content where I am, I just need to loose another 30-40 lbs to have a normal BMI so I am no longer rated on my life insurance. What’s crazy is the last time I was in the sizes Im in now, I weighed almost 50 lbs LESS than I am right now. Ive just been frustrated because I have fluctuated the same 5 lbs for 5 months! I keep reminding myself my body is catching up & adjusting. Going from a size 30 pant and 4-6X tops to a size 10 pant & S-M tops in 20 months is a HUGE change. Thank you for your lives 🙂

Patti Sakalauskas we do a 60 hour water wash and keto fast every month. Privit has developed a new “system” (theraputic exogenous ketones, a pill, keto tea & a keto bone broth) that helps during this fasting period. Have you ever looked into the benefits of long term and intermittent fasting?

I have rheumatoid arthritis. I had a rheumatoid flare and have been put on Humana and prednisone. I have been eating 1 or 2 Keto meals per day and intermittent fasting, also. I am gaining weight recently. I’m not sure why.
