How do you avoid the Too Good To Be True factor, though? I talked to someone with wet macular degeneration that said it’s not effected by diet at all. I told her that ketosis dampens angiogenesis, and that it might not make the deneration better, but it will slow down the progress dramatically.
Got your book for my daughter who found out she has a fatty liver
It is so hard to find anything that ketosis doesn’t at least help a little with.
