Well the pictures not coming up but it is Quest Nutrition Coconut Oil Powder to add some fat
This is to show you can even keep in ketosis by eating wisely. He is in Disneyland and that place is carb loading heaven. I love the soot where he says it has been ten hours and they are getting a little hungry. That is the fun of Ketosis. More time for having rides and fyn than the time wasted in the takeaway joints
You rock.
I know you promote your product , but I live in South Africa and we as I family went Keto 17 January 2015 for my sons Epilepsy. We have maitained nutritional Ketosis all this time. Even my dogs are Keto digs now. We do not have the benefits of exogenous ketones and rely solely on food.
and let me add, we decided to eat with my son so that he did not feel out. In just over a year and a half I have lost 73kgs. I did not know I would loses weight.
Thanks for the great example, Dr Nally!!
