    My doc said, I am over exercising, two 45 min recombant bike rides on total gym. Told him it makes me feel good. But am not list anything in 9 months. What am I doing it wrong?

    I’m not losing at all! I’m 245 5’7″ and have been using macros 1300-1500 calories. I should stop using whole fat cream? Stop MCTs in cooking etc?

    My job keeps me active all day and I’m on a 1200 calorie intake I’m 5’4 when I get home I’m always up and doing something and I exercise at least 3 times a week so what do I need cuz I’m plateaued and have been for a week lol
