My blood pressure dropped from 128/80 now 98/63! 7months Keto 60lbs gone!
Hey doc is it ok to take keto multi vitamin if your not in keto.
I use it for patients with depression and anxiety to stabilize methylated folic acid
Do I need to add any other vitamins or that should be good enough ?
Usually that is all that is needed.

Can one be sensitive to saturated fats? Is MCT oil considered a saturated fat?
Sensitivity is really related to lack of receptors to absorb the MCT, this adaptation can take 2-4 weeks.
What happens if you already have low blood pressure before starting keto diet?
Your body will maintain the pressure, you just need to make sure you keep your salt intake stable.

I tried dropping one of the two BP meds I was taking (with my Drs blessing) after two months in Keto but after a few weeks it was high again. Are there some people that still need BP meds even on Keto?

My blood pressure went up on keto from 110/70 to 144/84. What’s going on with me? Will it return to normal. I’ve been on the plan for 10 days.
He talks about how it lowers blood pressure but it raised mine.

Can a person eat too many nuts and seeds? I get a lot of my fat from those two sources. I know they are high in calories. Also, I am not insulin resistant, just carb sensitive.

Jay, the ketogenic diet induces natural periods of fasting. You just find yourself going 6-12 hours without cravings for food and naturally fast. You will find yourself eating 1-2 meals per day and naturally feeling dramatically less hungry.
