I eat pork, ground meat, cheese. But I struggle not to eat the whole pork loin.

So is it best not to cook spinach or green leafy ie kale
It’s best to eat it the way you like it, however, if you cook it, it does make some of the carbohydrate available (~10g per 1/2 cup cooked)
Dr. Adam Nally Raw is always better. My says we kill the leafy veggies when we cook the leafy veggies. 😊
My hubby just went keto for other health improvements, not for weight loss. He is 6’, 160. How do i make sure i help him keep from losing weight? Extra protein & fat?

U just confused me.. high fat and protein are the basis for keto weight loss.. assuming u kean levels based on body weight and size? FYI, Cookbook is AWESOME! Bought 1 for a friend too!

How about just eating like three egg yolks is it to much protein, I don’t like the whites, sometimes I just eat one white 3 yolks.
