    • Do not listen to him. He is sabotaging you. If you want to lose weight, lower fat intake so your body can burn its own fat first. Overloading it with fat will only make you burn the dietary fat first before your own bodies stores

    Do you think it’s ok to take Potassium supplements if you don’t get enough through food? I get leg cramps at night and taking Magnesium & Potassium helps that.

  5. Very stupid advice. You are sabotaging people. You get into ketosis by carb restriction NOT eating more fat. If you eat high fat you will burn that first BEFORE your own body fat. Unbelievable that you’re a doctor which makes you even more dangerous

  6. my muscles are twitching and cramping at an increasing level. have increased my Mg to 1200mg/day,K+, D3- 2000mg , and Ca+ (within the Cal-Mag formula). not sure where to go from here. Blood levels checked and are within normal limits. not sure where to go and what to do from here. doctors are aware, but at a loss. will make sure high fat diet is high enough fat.

  8. Its hard to learn to be that aware of our hunger ques. Im not sure if it is because of the high sugar in the SAD or because we learn so deep in our souls that we are “supposed” to eat at certain times, not just when we are hungry.
