  1. You said right at the end that ketosis lowers your nitric oxide — did you not means it raises your NO

  2. I guess I am a “Little Slow”. I am having a hard time understanding if I am in Ketosis or not. What tells me that I am in Ketosis?

    • You’re not slow at all. That is a great question. There are three ways to test if you are in ketosis. If there are ketones in your urine, then you’re in ketosis. However many peoples bodies begin to conserve the ketones after the 2-3rd month of consecutive Ketosis. You can always test the blood for ketones just like you test blood sugar, and there are some breath testers like Ketonix that check acetone levels showing you whether you’re in ketosis.
