  1. This was a great pod cast. I have been playing with the diet and still have hard time with fats…. And therefore I have not been as successful. But I am trusting the process and it just all makes too much sense. I am a bodybuilder and I am relearning new but actually old principals. Thank you all for all your help
    I live in Surprise AZ and I will make an appointment with Dr Adam.
