  1. I am a little late in finding these podcasts, but I’ve loved all that I’ve read on your site and the podcast with Jimmy Moore. Thank you so much for all of the useful information!
    I would love to hear your thoughts on the pre/post workout for ketosis, but the link above doesn’t seem to be working. I’m a group fitness instructor and new to keto (less than 2 weeks in).
